Our Exile 17 National team competed very strongly at
Washington and Jefferson College's
pre AAU National Championship scrimmage on Friday night. Afterwards the guys showed some Florida sun style in their new shades

Mike Marchionda
as a team coach for the upcoming 2025-26 season
Coach Marchionda is a WPIAL Champion both as a player and a coach at Montour High School. A distinction very few people can claim.
Coach Marchionda went on to set for Ohio State for two years before completing his degree at Robert Morris and then Pitt.
He also coached the Robert Morris women's team for two successful years.

In 2024-25 Exile Volleyball was comprised of 93 players and 12 coaches representing 17 different schools in Pennsylvania and West Virginia
Frequently the battles between our boys when they play for their high school teams gets intense, but in the end we are all still teammates and friends

Coach Lawrence is Exile Volleyball's Founder and Director
He started the first year round Boy's Volleyball club in the Pittsburgh area under the Renaissance banner in 1998.
5 of his teams have won medals at the Junior National Championships.
Has coached 23 Juniors All Americans
Has trained more Collegiate players than anyone in the Pittsburgh region.
Has trained 151 All WPIAL, 58 All State and 4 WPIAL Players of the Year.
WPIAL AA Champion in 2021 with Seton LaSalle, Runner up in 2019

Drew Vosefski
Coach Vosefski is a graduate of California University of PA.
Coach V is currently the Boy's and Girl's head coach at Greater Latrobe High School where he has developed his teams into consistant WPIAL playoff qualifiers.
Coach Vosefski founded the Boy's program at Greater Latrobe and has been their only head coach since it's inception
Coach V's teams won 3 medals at the USAV BJNC and he has coached many players who have gone on to play collegiate volleyball.
Coach V is one of the original Exile coaches when the club was started in 2006

Coach Krebs is back for his 2nd season with Exile
Coach Krebs is a graduate of the University of Mount Union where he played three seasons on their volleyball team as a middle and right side hitter prior to graduating early
Coach Kaleb is currently a Junior High Health and Physical Education teacher
He is also the Girl's Head Volleyball Coach at Seton LaSalle Catholic and an assistant on the Boy's team
While at Seton LaSalle Coach Krebs was named Captain of the Soccer, Basketball and Volleyball teams

Coach Hensler is back with Exile for his 5th season
Coach Mike is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and is a Chemical Engineer for an International Steel Manufacturing company.
Coach Mike played high school volleyball at Montour High School where he was an All WPIAL player.
He is curently an assistant coach at Seton LaSalle Catholic for the boys team and Quaker Valley for the girl's team.
One of the best backcourt players in the Pittsburgh region Coach Mike teaches excellent passing and floor defensive skills

Brian Ceponis
Coach Ceponis is back with Exile for his 6th season.
Coach Ceponis works with our Middle Hitters.
A graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Central Catholic High School Coach Brian was 1st Team All State and 1st Team All WPIAL.
However his HUGE volleyball acomplishments came after college when he played for 10 years as a professional in Switzerland, Norway and Ireland. Coach Ceponis was a 2 time MVP of the Irish Professional League. He also trained with the USA National team for over a year.
